Message and can be tweaked thusly, whereas piston sizes, more specifically, total piston area, affects pedal feel and cannot be easily adjusted/changed. It so happens the ST's are further off from OEM piston area than some other kits.

Ultimately by almost all accounts these differences are negligible and are like splitting hairs between receiving a knockout punch from Tyson vs receiving one from Klitschko. For streetcars, the real debate is cost effectiveness.
